• Oversaw and directed technical deployment teams during the implementation of over 10 large-scale IP-based physical security solutions, stepping in to optimize configurations where needed.
• Provided high-tier system software support and access control programming, ensuring the deployment team hit key project milestones successfully.

• Designed and supervised the implementation of multiple datacenters for clients, including the setup of server hardware, server software, and data center physical security systems.
• Designed and supervised the implementation of several 500+ node Local Area Networks (using Structured Cabling standards) for banks and multipurpose business complexes.
• Implemented several WANs (Wide Area Networks) with fiber optic backbones for churches, schools, and a university campus.
